That was a really good zoom meeting and I can certainly understand why people don't trust the government or charitable organizations that keep most of the money that they receive instead of truly being charitable.

It was hard for me to listen to Steven even though a lot of what he said I already knew. 

YOU were spot on regarding not allowing "celebrity" camera crews into the devastation. I do not care if they do write a check. Celebs and people with a crap ton of money and power always seem to want to make everything about them.

Debe- I'm so happy that Steven Nickens shared information with us yesterday. It was especially helpful to hear his perspective as well as learn where we can donate. I know many want to help but are concerned about giving to an organization that does not give most of the donations to those who need it.
