I think that's a pretty good resource - especially when you're showing properties and need a quick market analysis of that particular community.
We have hundreds of communities that we serve here and I do 30 market reports each month. I certainly don't have every single one on my website so, this is a nice presentation...for what it's worth!
You are right, it's totally up to you how you want to use new technology, Peter!

Yes, in the sense that you have curated it.
No, in the sense that it did not come from your original, creative mind, your connection with Source has been replaced by an automaton. It is both astounding and sinister. Ask the actors and writers on strike.
Keep AI in perspective . . . it's all we can do now. Pandora has left the box and the building.

I think if two people ask the same question for AI, you could get the same answer, which would not be original.

I guess it all depends on how one would define "original". Lyn Sims commented that this question was similar to what you asked yesterday. It was an original question but similar theme.
So is there any "original" content any more. Movies, television, MLS listings all copy what has come before. Sure there are differences, such as the details for a specific property, but the rest (lovely, spacious, turn key, bring your toothbrush, handyman special) has all been done before.
AI generates content based on content it scrubs from the internet and inserts the specific facts you provided. It does not create new text, just rearranging text from many other sources.
If the inclusion of details for a specific property fits a person's definition of of original, then yes, it is original material. AI content, like beauty, is in the eye of the beholder.

It's pretty original, and that's not just an opinion.
I used Google to search for some of the sentences on your text, and most came up as original - most are found only on your AR post.

I have expressed my thoughts on this many times here in the Rain.
Privacy and trademark issues are real things.
The content is original poached content more likely than not taken from what a human created as their original copyright content.
To each their own. Using AI to write content is not for me.

My answer would be NO Peter Mohylsky 850-517-7098 . It is harvested from many sources but not from ones own mind.

I continue to have issues with whether or not this could be considered plagiarized material. And I know I'm not the only one... just today I received an invitation to a webinar that purports to provide a service that should keep you from being accused of plagiarism.

It depends is still my thought. If you publish it as your own original words (not content) then that's what it should be...your own words. Let's face it, how many original ideas are there anymore?
Well-known authors write books with other writers (James Patterson comes to mind). However it clearly states that on the bookcover.
If someone writes a market report using AI, then that's their choice. My personal preference would be that the author acknowledge the assistance of Ai.

I believe that AI created writing is original but would be hard to copyright.

I think a hybrid human/AI may be the answer more like Mr. Spock? We need more Vulcans! Dr McCoy said Spock had no human compassion...or did he?
...just sayin
