Three cents Will Hamm . That being said I had/have a stamp collection my dad started in the 1930's so I've seen plenty of one centers as well.

I can't remember that far back, Will. I pay no attention to increases in postage as I buy my stamps on line and pay an average 20 cents per stamp.

Not sure, Will. Stamps for mailings are still a relatively economical way to send cards and small packages. Other delivery companies are expensive!
