When agents work with me on a transaction they may or may not like working with me. I ensure that my files are DRE compliant and things are done properly.

As a lender, I'd say 'sometimes'.  I've developed a loan process that works for me and my team over the years, and works for a lot of referral partners and clients - those who work with us provide stellar reviews just about every time.

That said, some agents and 3rd parties prefer we'd do things differently for them, but I've learned trying to do that makes scaling and growing impossible ---- so we stick with our system that works, and it works great for the vast majority of people, but some would prefer special treatment that we're not quick to provide : )
