Yes, it does take a lot of No's to get to a yes, however as time goes by your numbers will improve.

Your numbers will improve due to more practice, more experience which leads to better conversion.  And of course your referrals will get better as you gain more fans.

To be clear, I'm not referring to cold calling only.

What about the times when an agent calls a cold lead, follows up with a warm lead, or catches up with a past client -- and encounters objections or rejection?

I don't do any cold calling and 85+% of my business is repeat and referral, so I'm rarely rejected. That being said... rejection is just part of the world of real estate. Suck it up and move on!
