Yes, my email box was crammed w/ 400+ emails. Have not come across any other gremlins yet.

UPDATE:

I turned off emailing me comments and I'm still being inundated with comment emails??

Ditto on the notifications here as well.  Other than deleting, I think there is a way to turn it off, though I don't remember how.

Also the notifications on "My Home" all indicate they were made 6 hours ago (except for anything that's newer). Minor detail.

I can confirm the notifications for past years' activity. When I logged in, I had 99+ notifications next to the bell which I think is what you are referring to. I haven't noticed anything else yet but will check further.

hundreds of email notifications and reposts of old replays from others on my posts are deluging my inbox.

i created a folder with an auto move filter but the messages are still coming in since about 2 am est.
