Who? Quoting my risk management attorney:  "sloppy, lazy, real estate agents" and worst health year since 2012 when I battled the Cancer Beast." 

What gets me through it all is utilizing the power of my mind and meditation and the amazing, loving, supportive people in my life. 

Overall, the good far outweighs any perception of frustration or bad. I am truly blessed beyond measure. 

Sadly, my ex's death in January...

His death has made me realize life is short, we are responsible for the decisions we make, and that we can love and help people but not do the hard things for them, they have to do the work for themselves. This has completely changed my outlook, my energy, and made me move forward in only positive ways this year.

Who? My sweet little Liam! What? His birth in January. I've watched many friends and lived vicariously through their lives with their grands, dreaming of becoming one for years! 

There's nothing like being a Mimi - nothing!!

The death of a dear friend in late 2021 who left me in charge of her husband who has dementia and I take care of his finances and medical care.  And my two grandsons that are the light of my darkest days.  And of course my husband who is my rock and gets me through anything by just being by my side.

A million things impacted my year, but I have to say the most recent one is probably the most special - and that is, that I became a grandma 10 days ago. I haven't met the munchkin yet, but I hope to do so in a few weeks. It's going to be great having a little one to spoil. So exciting!

My family personally and my team professionally; I'm proud of both because we're generally positive people that thrived coming out of the pandemic and saw 2022 as a year of expected change and opportunity. You can create your own economy and mindset; the news and the negative peeps in your orbit shouldn't do it to you or for you. 😇

Turning the Real Estate spigot off, stopping all the running water found in all the Real Estate industry, is making itself known by impacting everyone's business model and bottom line. We had a natural cycle made unnatural
