I wonder if using an automated system will be less effective than reaching out personally. We get bombarded these days with most vendors with requests for feedback and to take online surveys.

I have never used one, but title companies will often request this information when the buyer and seller are signing documents.

There was a system that came from our MLS & board. Was free then they started charging $19.99 a month. That's when I said adios. I cannot remember the name of the company after looking all over. In fact, one of the original AR guys started the company.
