Of course, but then I build a ladder with calls, notes, pop-bys and marketing and climb over the wall. I use lulls to deep dive into my CRM and massage my relationships and improve my marketing. Other times I take a class to improve my skills. There's never a slow day, just days that are less client oriented and more prospecting oriented.

As Carol Williams said it's a great time to take a vacation too - when we went to Quebec last month, I got 2 new buyer clients and one of my listings went into escrow in the 9 days leading up to departure...Murphy's Law!

The best way to reignite production is to plan a vacation. 🤣

Real estate is cyclical, can be feast or famine and buying/selling slows down around election time as well. Am planning that next vacation to ensure that new business shows up right before leaving! LOL

Getting results w/ knowledge & know-how!

Absolutely!  Happened the other day and then the phone rang w/ a sell-sell-buy.  On the other side of lead generation though, you may be referring to the wall that comes about because one human is only able to handle so much.  If that's the case and your systems are well-established and functioning, then it's time to add some help to your world!

Yes - then I count to 10 and think about getting over the wall and continuing the journey.

No. It's entirely predictable when production would be high and low, seasonally and according to need.
I gratefully enjoy the lulls, knowing they will not last, and recharge.

Yes, it's happened regularly over the past 25 years.  I believe it happens most often to one person teams that work with no assistant or escrow coordinator.

Not really. I know business is out there. There is always something to do to work on and in the business.  Sometimes just stepping away for several hours or even a day helps with realignment.
