There are only a few escrow and title companies that will even touch crypto and there are even fewer crypto "escrow trust accounts" to store the bits and bytes until the transaction is complete.  Therefore and end-to-end crypto transaction is not very likely though it can be done.  Typically what I've seen (in seminars) is that people will convert the crypto to real money and then buy the house.  Most sellers want "cash money" so that they can go buy their next house with it.

I agree wit Ryan Huggins - Thousand Oaks, CA and would not touch the deal, I'd refer it out. Personally I do not believe in Crypto and lately neither does the world based on the news of it's massive losses in value.

I doubt very much that my broker would smile on my doing a crypto currancy transaction. I would be surprised if our E & O policy covers crypto currency transactions.

Sorry, I don't do transactions with crypto currency. As Ryan Huggins - Thousand Oaks, CA said an end-to-end crypto currency transaction might be virtually impossible to accomplish.

Want to use crypto currency, find another agent. And, out of curiosity let me know how it goes. Not in my wheelhouse!
