Gas prices have an effect on me always. Example. I just filled my tank for $22 now I can mow the lawn...lol

No.  I won't let gas prices spoil any opportunity for some summer fun. 

No... I don't travel much by car ever (hate any long road trip). And I especially don't travel in the summer when everyone else is doing so.

Price increases on everything are making an impact on many people in many ways. 

I have no travel plans for the summer. I may take a few day trips. Gas prices will not prevent my travels.

There's nothing I can do about the price of anything, gas and food included.  I don't plan to stop eating or driving. I love road trips and plan to travel while I can. I'm not getting any younger. It might affect how I budget my money for other things, though.

Haven't check the prices of airline tickets yet. Looking at different options NJ to Florida fly, drive, train.

Probably not. I have no driving plans for the summer. If traveling to visit out-of-state family or visiting Maui (planned for October), we will be flying. If visiting family about three hour's drive away, there is no alternative to driving. The price of gas will not stop such an excursion.

Costco is inching up to $5 gallon. That will effect my driving to the south side of the island for morning surf sessions. Waiting till Sept to bust a big trip by plane.

We don't have any summer plans other than family coming out. We live in a resort town surrounded by beaches, wineries and mountains no need to go else where.

No they won't, even if they go up higher! Only travel plans are day trips to LA.

Not really, the gas is $6 +/-20c in L.A. and driving around the town daily is quite pricy itself.

I do not shop gas prices or let them matter in my day - when I need fuel, I stop, fuel up and move on. It's a non-event in my week. There are certain givens and necessities I need not clutter my mind, spirit or day with. 

NH is a huge tourist destination. I tend to travel local to the Ocean and lake anyway but for weekends. My big summer week off is a cruise from NY to Bermuda. I think a lot of people if not hurting now, will be hurting soon as prices increase

Just filled up at a station in the suburbs of Chicago. Advertised rate was $5.00 a gallon. Put in my credit card and some promotion reduced my rate to $4.85. As I drove back to downtown Chicago the cheapest rate I found was $5.26. Later in the day I had to pick up my grandson. Rates were up to $3.40.

For now, my shoes are made for walking much more! And indications are the King of the Ultimate Fizzle will continue his march to make things worse. From energy independence to energy dependence in less than two years. WOW!
