Q. #1 - I rarely show unless I am previewing a listing.  No mask unless the seller requests it.

Q. #2 - No. But if I needed to I have a garage full of supplies. I have always carried "wet ones" with me and in my car.  This is not a covid thing for me. It is a thing for me.

Q. #3  - I actually like that idea.  I do not like people up in my space. But do I keep 6 feet distance?  No.  I keep a distance comfortable for me.

Q. #4  - I am keeping my votes with people who are truly serving "We the people" and not some agenda that is hurting America and its citizens.

I still take precautions using a mask for all listings and showings. Hand washing is a habit whether covid or not.

We still have to wear masks here in certain situations. I have no problems with it. Was just at Home Depot & everyone stayed 6 feet away from everyone else.

It is what it is.

While all those things you mentioned are in play here and there, the public, as a whole is becoming burnt out on the subject matter. Ignorance, poor public relations and large corporate medical greed is climaxing. Return to pre-covid is looking for a foothold. I will honor remnants & those who prefer fear over facts

1) I wear a mask if the listing agent/seller request it. Or if my client wants me to. We do keep a safe distance.

2) No. Only if the seller wants me to. Most people have mask and they were hard to come by at one point. I do keep mask in my car if my clients need one.

3) We typically keep a safe distance.

4) I take vitamin D and zinc daily.

You can take your mask off now Fred, especially while blogging. 😷🙂

I know which of my contacts are opposed to vaccine and masks and I do give them a bit of space and purell.

I dont provide masks and sanitizer, those who will use them already have them and the others would just complain.

Hi Fred- we've always kept hand sanitizer and wipes in our car, especially during flu season but not just then.  Covid or nor covid-it's a healthy thing to do.

I have always triple washed my produce and will continue to wipe down items from the store. Again...not because of covid but because it's healthier.

I only wear a mask if my doctor requires it in his office.

And, I'm happy to have people not stand so close to me...I'm from Texas and need my space!!!

We just got out of indoor masks last Saturday.  I am still getting used to seeing faces and my face feels naked.  If someone comes in to talk with me with a mask on, I put a mask on so they feel better.  And we still have hand sanitizer in the office and I use it often during the day.

I mask up when the other side does.
I do still wash.
I do still try to keep everyone distant.
But I will say, I never was pedantic about the masks, but this season in Florida, the Oaks, Palm and Pines are filling the air with pollen and now I mask ALL THE TIME, even when training dirty.

Until Omicron I thought masks were a waste of time. Omicron changed my mind. As for 6 feet, sometimes yes and most times no, just because of the circumstances. As for hand sanitizer, COVID has made me a fan.

As for COVID, I am sick of the whole thing and nothing I can do about it except try and be careful.

My experience is likely a little different than most people because of "my current situation".  First, my daughter and son in law are medical workers and exposed often. So I probably take more precautions than the average bear.

I wear a mask when asked to wear a mask. I visit a friend in an assisted living memory care where it's required.  Spent last Saturday in the ER with that friend, it was required.  Take him to the dentist, it's required.  But beyond that I don't mask up.

We're not getting requests to do it when showing anymore so we're not doing it.  However I recently showed a home where someone had cancer, I did and my clients did as well.  I also wiped door knobs with a clorox wipe behind my clients and cabinet knobs.  I don't even want to be responsible for them catching a cold from us and who knows if it's sinus or a cold?  So extra careful there.

No.  Our county is done with this stuff, with the exception of medical offices.  Most things are back to in person meetings.  Outside of that, most businesses were "over it" long ago.

IN NYC it's a bit different because of not only the sheer density of people, but also because single or 2 family homes are a tiny % of the population. Most of the time we are entering a building that contains the homes of 50 apartments or more- often a lot more. As a result- all common interior spaces it's just considered respectful (often a requirement) to enter the building with a mask. In most cases, the mask is the only requirement, but individual owners might require other measures as well. Also, elevator etiquette is to ask all parties if they feel comfortable entering as a party...i.e. we are on the 8th floor, but someone was already in the elevator heading down to the lobby- are they ok if buyer and seller broker plus the buyers also enter the elevator- or would they prefer us to wait for the next elevator. Some buildings have required procedures when it comes to the elevator- and limits on how many people in that confined space at once in the time of covid. Every client I have worked with has been respectful of the requirements- understanding that these are confined spaces and shared spaces of many people.
