I, for one, am very tired of hearing about things not being "right" during the pandemic. Recently I contacted 5 vendors about enclosures for my screened porch. Four never got back to me. One did... and they got a nice $4,500 contract as a result.

The pandemic was used too often as an excuse for bad service.  Two years into "two weeks to flatten the curve" they should know how to service their customers.  At this point, if they can't handle it they either need to shut their doors or publish realistic response times.

I feel your pain Joan Cox , having the same issue with Top Producer especially since they stop our email servers and now all my attached communications with my clients over the years are now gone.

Now I feel I lost my security blanket. Lucky for me I am somewhat redundant and convert most messages into PDF... LOL

Sadly, the rest of the world isn't as finished with this as your Southern States.  We just today in Ontario, moved to relax some protocols but are still required to wear masks and many continue to work from home.
