I have IDX broker.  Do I love it?  No. It serves its purpose.

I have a RETS feed from my MLS that goes to my site.

 I use IDX broker... but can't say I really love it. But way to much trouble to change.

Have two wordpress sites and use IDX Broker on one, Diverse Solutions on another. You need more than the IDX, blog, video though and community info, the links to local lenders, local jobs, local everything needs to be on your website. Buyers, sellers too busy to not have it all.

No I can honestly say I've given up on them. I've used them for years but stopped my WP site.

This is going to be a good research project for 2022! :)

I'm interested in reading the comments.   About to add IDX to my personal website and can see from responses already that IDX Broker may not have high ratings.

Mimi, I had IDX Broker and didn't like it. I went to Diverse Solutions and loved it but, they evidently fell out of love and left their customers high and dry!

I am with Showcase IDX now and LOVE it! They are SO user-friendly and I think the best part to me (after all of the ups and downs with the others) is that their customer service is UBER personal. They actually answer their phones, emails and 'contact' forms. 

Another AR member recommended it and I took her recommendation and have never looked back.

OH, their pricing is ½ what IDX Broker was! That and getting double the leads from my IDX made getting rid of the other pages and creating new ones, worth every penny of it!
