December is the time for planning. This time every year I take a look at my marketing and make a plan with my marketing assistant for the new year. I also come up with a plan for keeping in touch with my clients for the new year. I also look at my expenses and cut or rearrange what I'm doing. I think about personal development and goals and make a plan for the new year.

I SO missed my in-person gatherings that I have each quarter with my sphere/clients for the last 2 years due to shut-downs & restrictions.

 

I WILL resume them every quarter as in previous years - it's a big part of my business that I have missed terribly!

I am retired now we had planned to travel to Europe and to go see family and friends that we haven't seen in a couple of years, that will be on hold now. Numerologically, I am coming out of a year of celebration and going into one of strengthening the foundation (releveling is always necessary at certain points) so that's what's happening. Improving anything that needs to be improved, removing what is not necessary and taking my time to do what needs to be done! 

One specific thing I've already started doing is not being lazy on referrals. I am generous to a FAULT and leaked money every time I said 'awww just take care of them, no referral fee' . . . . can't say I'll NEVER 'just give' again but I'm going to do more 'here's the sheet, sign'! And some agents who came in a few years ago, know enough to not splatter against a block wall, and now will witness their first slowdown (OHHH IT IS COMING) will benefit, as will the client and I.
