Great question, Andrew.
I think there is another aspect to the equation. Besides solving problems, we help people get what they want, whether they NEED it or not.

I use YouTube for how-to videos maybe once a month, but it's never about real estate.

I post my own how-to videos that bring a lot of business to my school.  I get calls from them almost every day.  They are about how to do the math that is in the prelicensing class.  I've included a link in case anyone wants a refresher 😉

I have never used videos for marketing. It is good that I have retired from the real estate business.

Regretably I do not post nearly as many as I should.

My YouTube.com channel converts the confused to the educated in matters of San Diego Localism, Real Estate and Music. 😎

How I manage my real estate business is working well for me. I do not have a pre-set number of videos I expect to upload to YT.

LOLZ, I bought a bottla tequila once and they left the theft-proof thingie on it. I discovered that YT has tutorials on how to remove it without breaking the bottle! 

I upload neighborhood videos or places of interest in the areas I enjoy working.   Guess they aren't helping the viewers with any problem.

This is an area that I can definitely improve upon!  Thanks for the reminder... this might be something to add to my 2022 plan... ;)

I rarely do.  I think I used it once for a post...I think that Kathleen Daniels, Probate & Trust Specialist made a great point.  One of our clients NEVER goes to You Tube, and yet the earninga are in the high 6 figures....A
