We are seeing the inventory levels rising and are still experiencing multiple offers on homes priced competitively.  My number of sales has been about the same each year for the past few years. 

Inventory is down. Demand is still high. 

The right homes in the more desirable areas are still getting multiple offers. One of my more recent listings had 17 offers and sold well over the list price. 

I work exclusively with sellers these days. If I get a buyer lead it is given to another local real estate agent. 

I'm not sure anyone is remodeling.  We can't get materials here.  I have a contract extended from July 25th and the flooring just arrived.

our inventory is about 15% of what it was in January of 2020

We hav less homes also and that is driving the prices up.

Inventory is climbing, unlike when the country shutdown and those fleeing from troubled states bought everything available and as fast as possible! New construction is unbelievably backed up now as well.

Our active inventory was lower because homes were selling very quickly. We've sold more homes than ever. Inventory is higher than it was earlier this year now but not high. I suspect February 2022 will be a rerun of February 2021 in our area. 

Just looking at our stats for the Denver metro area, 3648 listings, and we had 7648 last year.  52.3% down.

Mine are about the same, dont know about others.

I was retired when the pandemic started.
