The right homes in the more desirable areas are still getting multiple offers. One of my more recent listings had 17 offers and sold well over the list price.
I work exclusively with sellers these days. If I get a buyer lead it is given to another local real estate agent.

Our active inventory was lower because homes were selling very quickly. We've sold more homes than ever. Inventory is higher than it was earlier this year now but not high. I suspect February 2022 will be a rerun of February 2021 in our area.
