Yes.  Often times there is another Ryan that they are doing business with and the emails autofill gives them my name first and without checking they select it and hit send.

Yes! Yes I have.  I've also recieved a counter offer to a property but it wasn't my buyer.  Plus, their counter was $5,000 less than our offer, and when that buyer walked, I insisted on the lower purchase price for my buyer, and the other agent went ahead with it (it was a short sale back in 2009).  That was back in the good old days of faxing as well...

I have had a number of scammers send me a link saying there is an offer with no identified property. If I do not know it is coming and don't know the agent I'm not opening it.

I have received emails with offers that weren't meant for me. I just let the agent know they had the wrong person.

Haha, I have not had that happen but I have received emails that I wasn't supposed to receive from people I knew because my email auto-populated for them instead of the email address they were trying to type in.

Yes, it was from a buyer writing offers on multiple properties at the same time.  I let my clients know this and informed that that this was unethical and to be aware that they could be apt to walk away if under contract and find a home that they like better.

Almost! 

Sharon just had a call yesterday from an agent ready to send an offer contingent on the sale of his home and was asking Sharon if our seller would entertain such an offer before he took the time to write it up and send it. 

The puzzling thing was Sharon's listing  closed over seven years ago!!!!!!!!  The buyers agent said he saw it on Homesnap!

I have received emailed offers to Alan May of Coldwell Banker.  He is a Realtor in Florida... and I am a Realtor in Illinois (I usta be with CB)... I would respond to the sender, and explain the error.  They were always embarrased... they clicked on the wrong Alan May.

LOL in fact, I HAVE, Kathleen! They are always incredibly embarrassed! The issue is that they have presented Offer, after Offer, after Offer and confused the 'correct' home they are actually submitting an Offer on.

yes, but only when it was for an agent with the same first name and it was an email error.  I politely called and deleted.  It was really no big deal.  We're all human.
