The listed programs are very expensive programs that most solo agents can not justify UNLESS their marketing strategy relies on the unique capabilities of SalesForce and Hubspot. Propertybase is broker function specific with more emphasis on back end opertations and oversight. Those capabilitiies of Salesforce and Hubspot and SugarCRM  are best explained on the Hubspot website with titles that include 'inbound' marketing.
If the agent/broker infrasturcture supports inbond strategy, I recommend the much less expensive SUGARCRM
If inbound marketing is NOT the broker/agent strategy, meaning  traditional real estate agent broker requirements preferred, I suggest WiseAgent.
Nearly all of the 'blue blood' CRM type programs nickle and dime the user into oblivion.
Never ever lose site of the real cost of a CRM is in the validation, testing, configuring, customizing, implementation and training. This is so costly, once one 'buys in' they will endure abuse before paying this price again.
Advise your readers to not be nauive. They must develop a test plan to make certain the functions important to their business work in the variety of platforms required. My testing has shown some CRMs are so flawed they are too dangerous to use.

I do not use either Victoria Valle (Luxion Home Team)  nor do I have a brain anymore...lol
