I had a gentleman call me and tell me he had won and was waiting on the proceeds. He wanted to purchase his childhood home (which I had listed), and sent me his "proof" of winnings. I felt so sad for him when I had to explain that he didn't really win.

Since it is like found money, a very large bill on a city sidewalk, here's a suggestion.
