I'm getting calls from my listings frequently from agents asking for my lock box CBS code and I routinely say,

"You mean the one I sent you in your appointment confirmation?" 

Agent: "No it's not in th...oh wait, here it is sorry!"

I find it funny that some of the same people who drove away the students for asking redundant questions are doing the same this week with every other question some days asking about the missing edit and share buttons.
