I have a lapel pin with flashing LED that display REALTOR. Is that real estate tech?

I have not observed REIT tech that warranted my investment. I do invest in REIT stock.
I am waiting for the tech in real estate, that bridges buyer/seller/broker/agent that is block chain based is leverages the power of anominity. That will set the stage for the future.
