I tried Lion Desk, and found it easy to use and liked they way it posted to social networks. But I didn't like how it imported my data from TP and I didn't want to spend a ton of hours editing. So I decided to not use it.

But if your just starting out I would recommend...

One way to find out about the inner workings of a CRM, is to search on Youtube for videos about it.

Most RE CRMs have many YT videos.

We like Realty Juggler

Honestly, never heard of it. But Anna Banana Kruchten CRS CRB, Phoenix Broker and Dario Ferreira have some great suggestions for your consideration.

No experience. Check out the reviews online, they can be very telling Teresa. The best to you!

I have Realty Juggler but I'm in the process to change to  more advanced CRM. My choice will either be Liondesk ($21/month) which includes a video feature (you can send videos to your clients at no extra charge) or wiseagent.com ($29/month) and they integrate with a lot of different apps but if you want to use video, you have to pay BombBomb ($25/month) but it integrates with it. I'm going to wait to attend Zoom with Anna Banana Kruchten CRS CRB, Phoenix Broker  to see what she has to say about it on January 26th.

I have heard of a few teams that have used it, they seemed to like it.

I moved from Top Producer which I had for years a while back and compared Lion Desk, Wise Agent and ixActContact. I chose Wise Agent at first and liked it but when I tried to send my first mass email to contacts I have had for years I could not, Wise Agent required an opt in for people I have been emailing without SPAM for YEARS.  So I chose ixActContact, they are slightly more per month, but for me the ease of use and additional features are worth it as it includes a monthly email letter in the cost.
