I'm retired so have no real estate-related goals, unless I have referrals to share. My main job is to stay healthy and happy.  

Same as 2020, a phenomenal year, seriously I was online between celebrations expensing out crazy for my tax chick! So at least part of this quarter will be learning some of the new tech I have acquired! (LOL old blonde and the learning curves get sharper!)
2021, God willing and the creek don't rise as my mom was known to say, I want to clone about half a dozen really amazing clients I had this year and I've got a couple of them in the pipeline already. 
Otherwise, and yes this is 100 RE related. Stay healthy and energetic and joyful . . . every damn day.

Winding it all down and any activity I engage in must fit my criteria summed up as e-z peasy nice and breezy...

To reach my goal then take the rest of the year off

My business (real estate) goals, in terms of volume, etc. are not something I share ... most especially ...publically. 

I will state that my focus continues to be to serve my clients, and humanity, well.

One of my goals is to help 12 agents to make at least 100k each in 2021

As always my number one priority in life and busienss is to - Be Happy! Get my certified appraisers license. Would love the General, but will go fo the Residential to get things up and running in the meantime.

As they say, without a plan and accompanying goals, you don't really know what it is to run/operate a business!

I'm not in real estate. But, for my business (blogging) I'm hoping for only modest growth (12%) while working a lot less once I get the vaccine and the warmer weather comes. Thankfully, a lot of my business is passive income so it continues to work for me even when I don't work. So while I'm stuck here and it's cold, I'll use that time productively to sustain me in summer and early fall.  Oh, and hoping to take more full vacation weeks, too.
