Mine is an all encompassing vision statement. "Improve 1% per week and do all things in love".  To me, this means 1) what ever I kept track of last week (I track everything in business), just improve that by at least 1% (doable and highly powerful over a year's time) it also means 2) by doing all things in love it means to respond in a positive manner. I don't need to snap at people, or insult them. I need to act from the best of me (patient, kind, humble, selfless and forgiving). Mine is two fold so that I not only do the best for my clients it also is for those around me
