Christmas dinner will be smoked coho salmon scalloped potatoes and oysters, french green bean casserole, and a salad. Dessert will be a Kahlua cheesecake.

Pork BBQ, chicken BBQ. pick and peel shrimp, chips,  cheese and crackers, lemon dream cake...Only 3 family members coming for a short time.

Christmas day, no family this year, just the 2 of us,  and the first time in many years I'm not making prime rib... We're having porterhouse steaks, fresh asparagus and corn we 'put-up' during their season, salad, and whatever cake isn't eaten the night before.
