1. Google [your question] with activerain after it.Thank you for being sensible and prescient, yes your questions have all been asked and answered before.
2. Reference the paragraph or line where the checkbox was missed, and state that on line 41 the [election is X] and clarify."on line 41, property is on a conventional septic system."
An easier way to do this however is to have all parties initial the correction on the original contract.

Here's a blog I wrote in 2016 with a step-by-step guide and images. Process still holds up today.

How about: (using you standard addendum form)
In reference to REPC between named buyer and named seller dated some date, it is agreed that:
Paragraph (whatever), section (whatever if there is a section) box is marked (yes or no).
Will that work for your purpose?

I would ask my broker how to correct the purchase agreement if a box were not marked and should have been marked.
The issue with the AR community answering questions like these are some are claiming it borders on giving legal advice. What happens if you get "bad" or incorrect advice and you act on that advice? Think about that. Think about the consequences and impact it could have on your clients.
I wish you all the best with your studies.

Jaspreet,
You can ask the question in the box at the top of this page, with the magnifying glass inside, next to the ActiveRain logo.
Yes, mark answer and have all parties initial. That is what I do, it prevents unecessary paperwork.

Ryan Huggins - Thousand Oaks, CA may be able to help with the first questions, and your broker would be the one to talk to about any amendments you write.

That's a broker question, not an activerain question
