When working to support a team, the dynamics are very different. You need to buy leads and train the team on the requirements of engagement.
It is incumbant on you to create a differienting message.
That message could be:
1. BUYER/Seller Empowerment via a very personal and user controlled Home Evaluation Process such as CIS Score
2. Savings through a programs such as Buyer Elite Plan
3. Economic liberation via Walkhomes
These are factors that work well in digital marketing and on those lead generation services. It works so much better on 'have't mets' than FREE CMA.
Grass roots lead generation has seen benefitted from injecting CTA into high foot traffic venues.
The Achilles heel in these suggestions is the conviction of team members that this strategy is worthy of their best efforts. If they have shown a lack of enthusiasm in past inititives, it is highly likely the outcome will be the same.
