Continually work on my immune system so I have the energy for the best year I have ever had in 20! More than the 'big boom years' by about 25% . . . we are not subscribed to the Branch Covidian madness in the great County of Mohave in the great State of AZ!

Outside of masks and no overlapping showings, things have gotten to feel fairly normal here again.  I did add bathroom trash cans, paper towels and hand soap to my staging supplies.  Hand sanitizer was too hard to find at the beginning of this.

I have stayed away from my office, for he most part.

I have followed our local rules in regard to meeting with clients (Zoom) and in regard to showing homes.

I wear a mask when I should and, even, gloves when appropriate.

Actually covid is an unwanted personal & professional un-welcomed guest...may it leave quickly and not return & take the flu & cold with you too

I'm retired but if I were doing a consultation, I would wear a mask, have sanitizer and physical distance. Since we can find air sanitizer now, I'd also bring that. 

Hello Greg, we shutdown for a few months. It is important to fallow your local Covid-19 guidelines.

You need to know and follow the local regulations.

In our business, we learn to turn-on-a-dime and that was done many months ago! It feels like 'the norm' now!

This sounds like a question someone would have asked 5 months ago? It's the norm now, day in & day out.

Everything that was necessary and all that was forced on us...lol

Clients not in my car.  I don't like it. AT ALL.  But I'm doing it to keep them and me safe.  Masks, shoe coverings, gloves when requested.  And some of my "client swag" is not hand sanitizer which I never dreamed people would be grateful for.

Charity begins at home and so does Covid-19 protection.  We are eating healthy, getting plenty of sleep and drink a lot of water.  Masks and social distancing are being abided by and we are informing and protecting our clients about the rules and regulations.  Caution is the rule of thumb.

Have my own Zoom account to have tele-conference with clients, carry all the required in my car - gloves, masks, wipes and booties.

Covid has really prompted so many that I deal with to become more efficient, more zoom, less in person meetings, less travel.

The usual- wear masks, keep sanitizer on hand, stay away from people. Probably get flu shot soon. Already had pneumonia vaccine and booster. Might even get shingle vaccine this year. Use common sense and take precautions. Been taking some vitamins also.

Pretty normal here with the exception of added disclosures and ongoing mask use.  

COVID19, your real estate business day to day changes big time due to the spike headed virus. Doing more behind the scenes to deliver with the time you used to spend being up close. More time online dealing with many in the crowd and connected from a distance is happening instead of real time visits one on one. Video is the best medium to make the connection and deliver. Folks jammed in a city setting are reassessing and heading to the country hills in groves as long as the Internet tether broadband is long and strong. Folks who were thinking retirement in a few years are doing it now instead which boosted business 38% this year. It's like an ER triage to help more and quickly assess what is needed, how to use your time the wisest.

invest more heavily in constructing a robust body.  In the past 6 months everyone should have engaged in behavior that led to weight loss and muscle strength. EAT CLEAN, TRAIN DIRTY.
Business wise, I protect the sellers who hire me. I do not leave it to 'chance' that the buyer agent and entourage will adhere to protocol. And, I create a safe place to which the seller can return.
