You could use Skype
Set your mobile phone as the Skype number, and the calls will show as coming from your mobile number.
If the CRM has the phone numbers linked*, then you can click on them and Skype will call the number.

I use Infusionsoft for my CRM and as I understand it, I should be able to call from it. I can send texts from it, but when I call, I just "dial." Call me old-fashioned!

We use Google Voice for all of our calls, both from the PCs and the Cell phones.
Doesnt integrate with our CRM very well, need to upload all of our contacts to Google Contacts to automate this in Voice.
