I have not. In fact, my business is picking up ... yet that is common for me to have a strong fourth quarter.  Definitely no slow down here, Ginger Harper

The market has been robust throughout the year.
Personally, I had a slowdown in the summer but the current increase in business will result is meeting annual projection.

The citizen, like many of us, is experiencing increased anxiety which manifests in delaying some decisions.  When some assurance has been restored in their thinking, they get back on track realizing they have to live their lives.

Home is where the hearth is.

I've seen a little slow-down in the last few weeks.  And, like you, we're normally pretty strong through at least Thanksgiving, maybe longer.

But this year was unlike many others... and we went strong right through the summer, which we don't normally, right up to a few weeks ago... so I can't really find fault with a few weeks of calm.

While the market is still a very strong one, buyers don't seem to have the immediate sense of urgency that they had a few months ago.   I definitely feel a bit of a cool down.

No. It may have to do with your market.

San Diego's market is busier now than any month prior this year.

Working hard to keep up the momentum. Blessed and grateful for it too.

I have seen a new trend that is similar. It is slowing in the sense of teh flood of buyers is not a flood any more. Here in NH September is a boom time for new listings as people want to sell before snow. SO typically listings would slow. The election is heavy on a lot of peoples minds. I am writing about it tody and need to finish up todays blog. People worry about higher tasks being thrown on us. They worry about socialized medicine hurting them and or their families. They worry about crime and safety issues if the police are defunded. Many are staying put until after the election.
