What happens when you find out a friend, spouse, or neighbor betrayed a trust or disrespected one? Fiduciary is worse because you have pledged the opposite which is to protect under any and all conditions your client and your client is relying on that even surrendering to it. Do it or quit the business. NOTE: E & O insurance was born out of failing fiduciaries

You may be going to jail and paying some big fines. And, of course, your license would be terminated.

Not much.  It happens every day.

Unless a consumer files a complaint with the state and has compelling evidence of losing money because of it, it will not get the attention that it should have.

Unfortunately, too many agents do not understand what fiduciary duties are.

You could be on the wrong end of an ethics complaint.

You could be on the wrong end of an arbitration and that would cost you cash.

You could be on the wrong end of a lawsuit.

You could be on the wrong end of a criminal complaint.

Your broker could fire you.

You could be on the wrong end of lose your license.

You could be on the wrong end of go to jail.
