Not back to normal in Washington State. We're still stuck in Phase I with no encouragement of relief. At least the golf courses are open but no small businesses or restaurants yet.  It's killing our small business owners.  I feel sorry for them.

As for vacations, I'm hoping to take an epic road trip around the U.S. this Fall and golfing will be a big part of it. What could be better than golfing my way across the United States and back? I'm hoping to meet-up with some more AR folks on the way.

     We are renting a Suburban from Enterprise, and hitting the road late next week for an extended journey.  On previous trips, you had to map out places where you could legally carry your firearm (don't drive into Washington DC or New York State, etc.).  Today, we have to make sure that there are gas stations and hotels open, and that the beaches and parks are not locked down.

But, one must understand, in the state of endless summer,  everyday can be a vacation if one chooses.

Unfortunately, no.  I was going to go to the Jersey shore this summer and Long Beach, CA for a conference, but I can't go to either as I'm immunocompromised. Hoping they have a vaccine by winter so I can make up for it next year.

I certainly hope to still be able to make my summer trek to bermuda in August, however not sure they are accepting tourists yet. Our local beach opens June 1 but no sun bathing, just walking, running and swimming. Kind of crazy... i foresee many pool days at home instead
