These times are not stressful unless you choose to make them so.

Many people are business as usual with their decisions to buy and sell.

Sometimes desire and determination will override worrying and ruminating over the current national/global situation. It is happening Will, people are moving here to southern Utah!

In our area, smart people are staying at home if possible.

They seem to be motivated, and doing plenty of online shopping, now if I could just get them to stop sending me zillow adds.

It depends on the individual.  I don't think one can generalize.  A

People still buying and selling here, so they are moving. People seems pretty relax in my area Will. 

'I want to be on the Causeway. I don't want to ge locked in by traffic. Anything, anywhere is better than NY/NJ."

That is what I hear. Not a peep about covid.

And, this stress thing.....I thinks those who are stressed are out of sight.

I am aware of the security guard shot dead in Michigan 'cause he said "You can't enter without a mask." She came back with the tribe and shot him dead.
I am aware that when people are TOLD they MUST do something the American thing is the challenge authority.....at every level.  Of course there are the lemmings who just follow along.

My mask has been embellished with 'I wear because I care."  I hope it helps some.  It now no longer a 'health' issue but a PC issue.

I don't think that people are more stressful as moving is just that. I think they have different questions than they once did. Planes? Car rides thru different states after close? It's all stuff that has to be discussed.

Some see it as an opportunity not to be in a contest with other buyers. Some are hunkered down and afraid. Some think it is a great time to bottom-feed.

Everyone has an opinion. No change there.

The people who need to move are moving. The people who want to move, are moving when they find their dream home. Some people are in hiding and seclusion, and others are living their lives.

I like to move.  From one part of the house to another.  Like King Julian said... "I like to move-it move-it".  But in all seriousness, those who need to move or are motivated to, will do so no matter what is in their way or what orders (not laws) are in place.

are you talking about the process of moving (packing up, unpacking, moving company, etc.).  If that's what you are doing, there is never a good time to do that.  That's just one of those nuisances that you have to suffer through, much like a renovation.  I don't think it is more stressful to do that now than it was six months or a year ago.

 I stopped by the self-storage place today to make an inquiry for a client.  The manager said she is at 95% capacity, and she has heard that most of Florida self-storage is 90% to 100% booked up.  Somebody is moving "stuff"... maybe evicted tenants?

I'd rather not.

not really hearing any issues from people moving that there is a problem with it.

I just don't think about those things, Will.  I disagree with "stressful times" ... the times are what they are and what we make of them.

Not well. My son's friend is relocating and he and his family are stressed.

Good, today is move in. 

It was not easy to convince on the condominium association to allow moving company do it.

I am in a good place. Not moving. 

A few rentals were done this month -  tenants got great deals to move to new places.
