I celebrated without even knowing it was cocktail day!

You mean i missed it? News i could have used yesterday. Maybe i need to make my own workd cocktail day, such as this Friday. My days have been hit or miss , from very busy to sitting watching the flowers grow.  Other days i wonder if anyone sees the best blog i have ever wrttten having so much time to put it together. Looking if i got the feature for more to see, but no... but then i read the comments from the great and loyal Rainers andI come back the next day to write again,.

The activity dropped when the points here fell off the Q&A and a lot of the usual BS question suspects vanished. Then COVID affected it even more.

Not celebrating this week.  But....next week yes!

in fact, I did celebrate with a cocktail, but it was after 7 pm and my contract was ratified.

My clients have been calling me at all hours, they know I'm sheltering in place and most likely available.  Then I do my daily walk to the beach at the end of the day.  Neither of these is conducive to sipping wine or whatever, so my cocktail time can't be before 8pm or so.  At that time the lure of the wine or whatever is long gone and I'd rather just have a quiet cup of tea. Sigh.

Probably business picking back up now that things are opening, or people out getting things done they couldn't before.

No cocktails for me... late or early.

Absolutely, I'll be celebrating that for sure! 

Maybe we can have a ZOOM meeting to celebrate - no agenda, no presenter, just show up and mingle ... you know, like a cocktail party!!!🍾🍷🍸🍹🍺🍻🥂🥃🧊🥤

When the sun rests on the west horizon, an adult beverage and back patio are a ritual.

The great minds who participate on AR are no longer investing their genius in the forum. I know I know longer offer ACTIONABLE information.

So, clearly their exists some anxiety  in our population. Some will flip it off with 'too busy' but the reality is, participation as been waining for years.

Uncertainty creates hesitation. Does anyone know what AR plans to do?  Lets start there.

It is really picking up this last week in Salt Lake City, Utah -- I showed a home to a couple and made an offer with several other offers on the property. . .  things are looking up
