Beautiful presentation of this gorgeous Victorian.

Congratulations on a job well done,  weaving the black and white in with the color.

Andrew,

From an artistic standpoint, I have aways loved black and white and sepia tones.  If I were into selling historic homes, I might have vignettes of black and white which morph into color...Again, it would depend on the home the marketplace and many other factors. A

Once in a while I'll take one of my listing photos and do some HD editing on it with Snapseed.  They come out real nice.  Nice to do it on certain ones and not on every listing.  That way it pops more.

The home will dictate its use, however, there'll be no weaving. You must choose either B & W or color to the best effect

This reminds me of when I discovered "blank" space on a resume brought out the resume its self...Until then, people tried to cram & fill every nook & cranny with their accomplishments which never got their due. Why? Too busy to take it in or even skim thus making someone pass on it. Same here
