Sorry that PA does not see it the same as other states. I think since a majority do consider it vital, PA should do so also.

This is the first time 'this test' has really been used so it's a good time to throw bad laws & decisions out the window.

Getting results w/ knowledge & know-how!

In NY, we were initially classified as non-essential and then that changed but the restrictions were very confusing and interpretation of it all only added to the stress levels when most of it simply didn't make sense...  I can go to the liquor store but not do anything in my professional realm unless it is virtual...

The RIGHT CHARLOTTE REALTOR!

I'm so surprised that your state is the last one with such strict governing orders. Others are completely back to 'normal' now. I think it depends upon the governors though.

Good luck, Kris!

Shelter is essential.
We’re in the shelter business.
If I lived there I’d be working law or not, I'd figure it out safely if I had a willing client. I'm not afraid of the virus, I'm afraid of the financial infection. I’d do what it takes for my family. 😎

All I know is that Real Estate is a people business full of wild cards. It is best dealt with by agents in the moment at that time

Well be glad that at least the prevalence of the virus is much lower there. You'll open up soon enough.

Here in NY, I guess it's now considered "essential" but it doesn't matter much.  Realtor are not allowed to accompany clients or do much and people in our area are afraid to leave home...and that will be happening for a long time even after things are more opened up.

I'm jealous of that states that closed early and can't believe we didn't do it sooner when it was sooooo obvious.

We go up the mountain fast but decline super slow.  Be thankful that your state did things right.

Kris it's totally nuts that PA is restricting real estate sales.  That's crazy thinking in my mind. Thank goodness AZ hasn't done that, never did from the start.  I can only hope for all those sellers and buyers ready to go...and their agents that PA Governor wises up and consults over state Governors on how they handle RE.
