I agree that that is an important part of the strategy and maybe the most important part.  I would also say not creating an avalanche of "we're here and covid responsible" emails/SM adverts or posts would be a very close second, if not part of the details on the overall "Letting them know" high-level bullet point.

I believe the best social media strategy, is to post results. For example: Just Sold 123 Main Street, Just listed 234 Main Street, etc.

Once people see you produce results, they'll contact you.

Don't "sell".

My phone calls to my sphere of interest are "how are you doing?" not "are you interested in buying or selling real estate?". We do not even talk about real estate unless they bring it up.

we were here for clients the entire time.  Changed how we were working, did a lot of video showings and previews, but we are slowly getting back to appointments, but with precautions (masks, shoe coverings etc.)

I am not a believer in swimming upstream! And certainly not through barraging people on social media. How desparate does that look? My clients know I'm navigating their escrow or listing through it all.  Have not had to do anything extraordinary to try to get new business. Many people were taking a break from buying or selling real estate there for awhile and it's now opening up again with the rules getting a bit relaxed. I have faith in the real estate system. Well, let's say, in my business plan.
