Many phone calls to just chat and let folks know that we are all in this together.

Pretty much the same thing with some new nuances

I am not making special effort on new clients, letting the system run itself.  What I am doing is building collateral with business owners knowing they will reciprocate when they open their doors.

This activity is actually revenue generating for those businesses while they are closed.  It leverages what every real estate agent has....a mature marketing engine coupled with the compassion of the consumer to help local businesses and there is the business owners customer list also.

Reviewing my systems, reconnecting with people I know, spending a little bit more time with my hobby (violin playing).

Waiting on some postcards to mail out, people will be buying or selling right. Also doubling down on my website looking for page one on Google.

#1 has been Calls. Not business, just "how ya doin'?" They have had enormous returns and resulted in my latest buyer, listing and 5 referrals in the last 6 weeks.

Phone calls!  The past several weeks have been a time where you can call an old client to say, "How are you doing?" and it feels more like a personal call than a business call.  I think they genuinely perceive it as a check-in call and not a "Have you got any referrals?" type of call.

Also, people have been answering their phones.

I am reaching out and fileding lots of questions. Just about everyone is holding off though, just waiting to see what will happen. 

Calls, cleaning up my data base, direct mail farming. 

I've actually been too busy to worry about druming up business.  I thought I would have some down time and get back to lots of things, didn't happen.

Finish up contracts delayed in executing. Anyone wants a Coffee Cafe in Capitola By the Pacific Ocean?

I told a (new, referred) client yesterday. I thought I'd be hanging out with my humidifier and tequila shots but alas, it was not meant to be! 

Be genuine, show concern, let your database know that you are there for them if they need any help or have questions or concerns.

Lots of zoom trainings and meetings. Last week showing new homes. 

Have been reaching out to clients too, have postcards ready to mail when appropriate, and putting content on my web site driving new business.
