I went out and physically showed homes yesterday.  Only difference is a mask and gloves were involved.  Still business as usual.  My listings have had virtual tours and extensive (but useful) photos for many years.  No difference there.

Yes, in fact that is already being done. Virtual Broker Caravans have been offered & executed for over 3 weeks now in San Diego. A collaboration of agents with Just Listed properties.

Thinking outside the box will make the box bigger. And, the presentations better.

So, a broker caravan? We haven't had those for many years here but, I am still using my virtual tours and have discovered that many agents don't know how to find them in our MLS! I've used them for years and to now know that agents don't know how to find them in our MLS is a real eye-opener for me. I think we NEED to get back to broker caravans...perhaps VIRTUAL broker caravans!!

I would have to see an example. 3 minutes is alot of time to pay attention so that I question.

For those who want this it already exists.  We sit down with our clients and give virtual tours before the real tours every day.

Listing and selling and all the rest... for me has not changed one bit. At my age and with my experience, one and one still make two with no effort
