Not a nudist camp, but a nudist...

I knock on the door...wife lets me in and tells me to look around.  It is obvious that her and the kids are living in a wing of the house.

I enter the master bedroom (door was not closed)  to find a huge guy sprawled naked across the bed with his hand on his junk.

He yells "WHAT THE F----"  I back out quickly...buyer were behind me.

I later learned that they were in the middle of a divorce and I do believe that the wife sent me there on purpose.

My eyes burned for days...sometimes we do not get paid enough.

This made me smile.  We have a dedicated nudist beach nearby.  They usually stay near the cliffs, and we like to walk in the surf.  I think that if this one's lifestyle, they should build a fence aound their property... Can't say I ever run into someone who wanted to buy/sell an office building or a retail center who was a nudist...I did once see a nudist gal running on Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills...A

Well in Maine I suppose it would be too cold half the year to enjoy nature? I think in real estate you would need to disclose it descreetly, as the neighbor could always move??

No but it's going to be a problem that's for sure. People can't handle slightly risque paintings let along a real nudie running around. And .... why is it the people with the worst bodies feel they need to show it off?

Snipe hunting?  That's one of my favorite hunts to lead out here!  Used to lead one or two of them a year when I was a camp counsellor.  All the new staff got to try to catch one, but no one was ever successful.  Caa-caa-caa-coo!

 

Never had a practicing nudist near a listing of mine.

I visited one or two nude beaches back when I was young and delicious but that is my extent to that matter.

Closest that I ever came to that problem...a showing where the seller said, "Go ahead. No one is home." Turns out that his daughter was home and in the shower. When we heard the water running, we departed!

There are several subdivisions in our neighboring county that are specifically designed around the clothing optional lifestyle. Personally, I've worked with two sets of customers over the years who had specific requirements to accommodate their privacy.

My neighbor is putting in a pool and says he enjoys swimming naked.  Hedges are in and I have a Mastif. He is a good neighbor each to there own.

Have not experienced this yet...probably will not, this is Utah. Was driving down the highway and a row of houses are within 50 feet...some man was just stepping up to get in the hot tub naked...not a welcome sight...!

I have had 2 encounters...One was a showing, confirmed, where we looked at the lower level and then went upstairs to find a woman asleep on her back with nothing on but red panties...We left...The second was a showing at a more rural property accessed by a long, shared lane where after looking at the inside we walked the property outside only to see a female neighbor mowing her grass topless...It must have been a regular thing because the woman of the couple I was showing the property to mentioned that she didn't see any tan lines...We chuckled, finished the showing, and left.
