I did an excessive amount of marketing.  I can now tell you, with 100% certainty that over the last two weeks of prospecting... that my dog absolutely has no desire to buy or sell a house, nor knows anyone who might be.

I #stayedathome and worked on writing content for my WordPress site(s). 

I took care of some long-overdue personal matters as well.

Reading and watching instructional videos.

Daily walk while keeping my distance from other walkers.

Andrew, we were preparing a vacant listing for the final walk through by the buyer's agent later today, checking that all agreed upon repairs were made and talked with the general contractor on site.  We removed the final personal staging items still in the house and swept out the garage.  I will remove the yard sign and two bags of remaining trash in the garage for our out of state sellers.  

I made the final mailing over in Lafayette at 5pm to mail my $69 check to PDH Academy for my 12 hours of CE due by June 30th.  

Isn't real estate glamorous????   ^_~ 

During the course of the day took 9,000 mg of Vitamin C and 5,000 IU of Vitamin D3.  Washing hands and not touching my face.  Life is good, and praying for the sick and God's mercy during this holy week.

We are only making necessary trips and  washing our hands religiously.  We are on autopilot with marketing as we only deal with existing clients or their referrals,  so really no change there due to the medical emergency.

2. Wrote 11 personal notes.
3. Called 8 clients to check on their health and needs.
4. Produced a Podcast and began prepping another.
5. Called some creditors and re-watched the Club Wealth training on unemployment, the SBA loans and the strategies behind them.
6. Active Rain & Social Media time.
7. 5 mile hike with my bride & dog.
8. Cooked a nice Home Chef meal and watched a movie.

Reviewing my To do lists, and acting on some items at home.

A small walk in the neighborhood, keeping 6 ft distance from other people.

It seems that in dead times I do more work than I do when clients are active, haha.  I market more, refine some things, do more research, get educated, etc.  There is always plenty of work to do in real estate.

I would like to be serving clients but they have disappeared.

Can't tell you as I'm no longer active BUT ND is one of 7 States with no mandates.

Cruising timber, taking pictures, mapping trails and other features, listing 160 acres, 5 minutes to drop off paperwork and pick up keys to the gate.

I got a call late Friday from a bank asking if i would drive up to Waterville Valley ski area NH to check a foreclosure. It was nice to take the ride and secure a future bank listing. Then it was yard work which is nice to get done early.

We do what we need to do for our clients! Nothing work wise has changed.  We are very fortunate to not have to stand in long lines, most of our stores have NO lines, or very short one for everyone's safety!  We spent over two hours weeding in anticipation of rain today, and worked out...All is very well with us.  A

That virus has no chance in that picture methinks...

Saturday in the Raleigh-Cary NC area was gorgeous. We had Carolina blue skies. While I did do some work, I did more personal things like taking a walk, working around the house, etc. However, Sunday I did show a house to past clients. We wore gloves and scarves and were very careful. I also washed my hands as soon as I got into the car. None of us have Covid-19, symptoms or have knowingly been exposed. 

I have been working my tushie off, making sure pre-quarantine deals don't fall through!! I think I've worked harder than I did last spring and it has simply been to hold things together with very few new deals coming together the last two weeks. 

So far, 4 of 8 are done - ½ way there! That said, I'm continuing my mail marketing as I did before. My social media game has changed to acknowledge CV-19 but, nothing major.
