Honestly, I'm sick and tired of hearing what every company that I've ever talked to is doing about this Wuhan Coronavirus.  I'm just deleting anything with any of the applicable terms in it.  I think most people are along the same lines.

If I do go and show property, then I'm taking the neccessary precautions of a mask and gloves, but for the most part I'm shut down.

I'm doing twice as much as I used to (in a nut shell).

We have phones and the ability to do a lot via the zoom cam.  Signing up clients over the phone is easy, and screening properties via zoom is fairly easy too.

Doing my normal reaching out to clients but, adding that I am available to run errands for them or anyone they know that needs a delivery or errand run. Most people WANT to talk about it but, don't want emails sent to them.

I am keeping it upbeat on social media, adding a daily 'hack' and have gotten a great response from that. 

I've been posting on social media a daily tip and have sent a newsletter preparing for the worst and hoping for the best.

I am doing absolutely NOTHING! Everyone I know of is sick of hearing about it. If people are not aware of the virus... and "Oh how we care" by now then heaven help them.

My email provider, hosting service, ink supplier and even the lawn dudes putting the chemicals on the grass ALL feel like they need to babble on about C-19.

I really don't care what GMC is doing regarding C-19. Don't care about World Seed Supply or Anthem Graphics. Stop it already.

Or FB! Or WaWa! the list is endless.

Then comes the 'alerts' on the phone by some party who I did not know would abuse access to my number reminding me 3 times a day to 'distance.'

STOP IT!

Really, is anyone besides me doing anything that has not been heard already 100 times? 

This over-the-top  nonsense is more likely to compel belligerent defiance.

When some one calls to see a house, that is when they need to know.

We need to know 15 day lock down is about to turn into 45 days. Now that changes a lot of things.

ADDED 30 minutes later:
What DO I want to hear?
Publix who owns many of the shopping centers in which they are located is forgiving the rent of their business tennants.
Discover Credit card announcing they are waiving all payments for 60 days. That sounds like mail I would like to receive.
Real estate agents making a tangible acknowledgment to buyers and/or seller.
Brokers/Franchises/Associations the whole food chain not giving blah, blah, blan instructions but showing they actually have a heart. Their behavior WILL affect those they want subordinate agents to be compassionate towards.
What do I do? Out side of real estate, I SHOW UP.

Within real estate, I make certain the property is safe to show before entering, set the process accordingly  and sanitized afterward.

No blah, blah, blah, I'll leave that to everyone else but I will do, do, do.

It's a work in progress and ever-changing but will soon be posted on my websites. 

I'm having on-the-phone conversations with people/clients/leads as appropriate. I'm not blogging or emailing or texting about coronavirus. There have been way too many emails / posts / articles and everyone is on overload. 

Postponing listings. Working on virtual tours. Trying to do everything with as little contact as possible.

I am with Ryan Huggins - Thousand Oaks, CA on this one.  How stupid do you think people are?  I just had a text message from our bank on the subject, and 20 emails that i have deleted.  I am a business owner, and every one I have spoken to feels the same way...And what makes us experts on the subject?  I don't have a medical degree nor a science degree...And I think it is not a good way to market to your sphere.  A
