No new sales over the weekend. Unheard of for a spring market but the new normal. I have 2 pending sales left to close.

I'm peddling my video tours that I have done for all of my listings anyway - not a lot of buyer action out there though! 

Our Team just listed a home for sale yesterday. Business continues but in a different manner.

We can’t do any in person act

we had three offers over the weekend on listings in my office.  That's low for this time of year, but business hasn't stopped completely.  Also did a video tour for a buyer as well.

All my Pendings were closed by 3/13/2020. No new escrows yet, but 2 new buyers since C-19 and I'm now CA-Essential, so we'll see what I can do in our new normal San Diego market once I graduate from shelter in place. For now my health, my family's health and my community's ability to squash this virus are of a higher priority. Shelter In Place but busy, busy lead generating through good will.

Getting the pendings to the table (while I stay home) but nothing new posting in my world although I'm told that deals are still coming together.... 

Yes. Land sales in particular and pay cash for low cost homes is big. But several bank loan deals coming in Ginger Harper .

No, I am not. Business is shut down until the pandemic is behind us.

There are still transactions happening, but unless it is an emergency, I will close out my pending transactions, but no new ones.

I only have one pending, waiting for park approval. One new offer, waiting for loan approval before I can present it. 2 listings that are about to expire in a couple of months. A trickle of online leads. Yes, it is really slow...

I'm retired Ginger Harper so I'm no longer in the loop however I seem to see new Sold and Pending signs every day.

It has definately slowed down.

one went pending in our office today.  Not busy, but still things happening.

NEW buyer and sellers are sparse and approaching extinct until May.

However, engagement is up. Now that I'm ever-present, the 'live chat' function is really proving effective in making connection. Now my job is to keep adding value and creating commitment.

The only 'action' I'm taking regarding real estate sales is pertaining to vacant houses.

They are occuring but I'm waiting on a few listings until they can be shown.  I have shown homes but not in the past three weeks.
