Long before the virus, I have Factimed and video'd walkthroughs for my buyers located out of area. As a listing agent I'd take the time to post a video walkthrough and squash the need for showings.

Virtual tours are good, floorplans are good, however you do have to consider the balance of investment in time before signing up for individualized tours when the buyer's total investment is to turn on their monitor and watch you work.
If the buyer is not investing anything and the agent is investing everything, which one is more likely to want to move forward, which one is willing to give in in those little mini negotiations that accompany any human interaction?
If the client is not willing to invest any time into the search then they should at least invest some cash into the search, make sure that your retainer is high and non refundable.
With a sizable investment of time or cash a buyer is much more likely to perform, ie write an offer and buy a home than a buyer that is merely window, or monitor shopping with someone else covering all the time and expenses.

Kerry Silva nowadays, Roy Kelley made a good suggestion to show a house virtually.

I did that for years before retiring two years ago Kerry Silva . We have a military base here so many buyers purchase prior to seeing the home in person. This is nothing new.

This is why I have walk-through virtual tours - while I don't mind doing FaceTime with any of my clients, it's a shame that most agents won't pay for video.
I wouldn't connect buyer and seller but, perhaps you can ask the seller to send their agent a video tour and pass it along to you for your client.

Photos and video(s). Where appropriate, maybe even a drone flyby. If your buyer doesn't want to leave isolation to see the home, they are NOT a serious buyer! If they don't want to SEE the home, why are you wasting your time and potentially your health, showing it?
Dead people don't get to spend commission checks.

I use a virtual on all my listings, it is a great tool every day for buyers to view homes.
