Sucks for landlords that need to evict for non-payment or other lease breakers. Hope he plans to forgive late payments on mortgages and suspend credit hits too...for the landlords. Domino effect eminent.

I expect all my tenants to pay on time...one of the benefits of screening carefully.

This is no different than being in a car accident, having surgery, having the flu, divorce, or your car breaking down...the income can stop for many reasons.

I don't know to be honest with you.  The clients we have do not deal in these areas.  My only wish at this point in time is that the solutions to this virus is found, and we can all get back to business.  A

This shows how fragile our system is and how power makes changes. It gives me a new perspective. They are also letting people out of jail who cannot get a speedy trial.
