Yes, thankfully not mandatory. Should be in zipforms today from what I've heard, tomorrow at the latest. Personally, unless the buyer lost their job and can't perform, I'd rather keep the escrow going and ignore this form. Title is still open, escrow is still working, recorder is still doing their jobs. Only difference is the city has waived their (rather useless) permit report requirement for now. Hopefully they keep it that way. Useless waste of $70
