To be honest, I've never heard of FileMaker Pro so I am suspect on all it's solutions.

Mark, it is my opinion that you may be missing a remarkable opportunity to retool your business to merge with the coming change in real estate.

As things stand right now, you are attempting to cobble together legacy systems to compete in a mature industry that is face-to-face with evolution. In the coming months there will be a series of sever speed bumps that will derail many currently in this business.

An ounce of wisdom may look like the encouragement to actually analyze what real estate should look like in 5 years. Are you to be a 'me too' brokerage that is indistinguishable from others, which also hampers your agents from being distinguishable?

Where you need your business to be in 5 years will dictate the tools you need. The false dictate of "I won't pay the big bucks" is a huge red flag.

Don't spend small effort and expect big results. Do whatever needs to be done. The good stuff costs more.

Suggestion: Think bigger. The solution(s) ahead, block-chain, veracity and inbound will position you to be the big money, middle-sphere, shaker and mover. The real money is selling solutions to others...for big money. Meanwhile your enterprise will flourish because the tools available to your agents will empower them to fly with eagles.

If you are going to retool....make it meaningful.
