I do not and this current scene is a great example of why someone should have multiple sources of income.

There is an end in sight however. The hospitals built in China to handle the virus patients are already begining to close up because they don't have any patients. The factories are re-opening etc. So it does appear that things are improving there. If the same goes other places it looks to be a couple months of chaos and then things start improving.

I am blessed that I do have multiple income streams.  Hold on we are in for a interesting ride

Several side gigs, but with people out of work they may not be able to pay their bills.  Yet I suspect that the mortgage, insurance, utilities, and taxes will still be due on my properties.

This may be challenging, we will see, and adapt.

While I don't discuss my setups, I am not worried.  We've had almost 4 months to prepare for this, anyone who fails to plan... plans to fail.

My side gig is savings - living within my means - and not spending money on unnecessary crap, er I mean stuff. 

Landlords, residential and commercial are not allowed to evict for non-payment of rent during the pandemic.  That stream could dry up real quick, at least temporarily.  

Yes to something else going however don't forget morale which is a necessary driving force in all subjects. The "want to" to do anything is mandatory

This is a big big deal!! We will all have to adapt to the challenges. The Real Estate will still be there when this is over. That being said, Real Estate people are innovative and we will adapt and still get homes bought and sold, just in a modified way

Rental properties; so I have mailbox money yes. I was going to correct you on THERE IS AN END IN SIGHT, BUT Dan Pittsenbarger did so already. I'll add South Kprea is making good progress too and so is Japan. Communities where the public worries about what's best for all will do so faster than America though; here we're too "what's in it for me?" Just look at the grocery stores as my case in point. Hoarders. Regardless, I know we'll beat this soon.

It is a good time to have a diversified portfolio of investments.

I don't have a side gig. I think this current dilemma will be with us for quite a while, not just the virus itself, but the economic impacts. We're going to need to be flexible in how we run our business and if we need another gig, find one!
