I work a 15 mile radius.

I can drive up to 200 miles though in a tour within that 15 mile radius.

I average 15,000 20,000 miles per year.

I use Miles IQ to track all drives.

I drove a lot more miles when 50%+ of my business was working with Buyers. But the last 15 years I’ve been running at 75%++Sellers 

32,000 miles last year. One of the largest in recent years. That means it is busy.

More in 2019 than in 2018.  I track all miles using the old tried and true paper mileage log.  Without digging out my 2019 tax files, I'd estimate 7,000 miles. 

I drive about 12,000 miles a year on average.  I mostly work with sellers, but the occassional buyer referral.

Most of my business is within 20 minutes drive and sometimes I get a listing 30 minutes away. I don't mind driving even further for a listing but when it comes to a buyer, within 30 minutes or less.

No idea, my bookkeeper keeps track of this.  I do know that my staff puts on significantly more miles than I do though.

I sell in a 35+ mile radius. My mileage all depends on where I am showing homes. This past year it has definitely been one of the lowest.

10-12K and this year, it's less. I'm showing FAR fewer homes to buyers - quite often only one or two.

We know what they're looking for and if the house checks the boxes, they are coached at first-meeting that they will need to act quickly and will likely be in a bidding war.

Around 10,000 or a little above. My office is in a city of 200,000 plus and there are lots of other nearby cities.

No more business miles for me. 

I work almost exclusively in Lebanon County, PA and can go from one side to the other in about 30 minutes or less...7K miles is about my yearly average but there have been years in the 4-5K range

I never put on very many miles Andrew Mooers | 207.532.6573 as I seldom took listings out of the town I live in. The last decade I was active I worked for developers and builders who had mobel homes that served as my office(s) and then all travel was pretty much over.
